Neuhausen am Rheinfall is located only a few minutes from the largest waterfall in Europe. Worth seeing are the 12th century castle Wörth and the 11th century ruin Neuburg, which is called "Robber's Castle". The three viewpoints Hohfluh, Galgenbuck and Rhenaniaterrasse are also located in Neuhausen. The Galgenbuck is a hill where the Schaffhausen place of execution used to be. Today it is a sports and recreation area. The terrace in the Rhenania park offers a magnificent view of the waterfall. (Rhine Falls in Neuhausen: Switzerland Tourism / Christof Sonderegger)
