This trip takes you to the fantastic mountain world of the Jungfrau region. The landscape around Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage and is worth a stay at any time of the year. Crystal-clear mountain lakes, rushing waterfalls and snow-covered mountain peaks provide a wonderful backdrop for walks and hikes. The two towns of Interlaken and Grindelwald are also worth a visit at any time of year.
At 08:00 o'clock in the morning you will board the comfortable coach in Zurich. There you will be greeted by your tour guide. The bus will take you through beautiful landscapes to Grindelwald. This cozy mountain village is surrounded by a fascinating mountain panorama. During the bus ride you will learn many exciting facts about the region from your guide.
During the next 6 hours you have time to discover the Jungfrau region on your own. First walk through Grindelwald and enjoy the impressive alpine landscape. If you want to discover the mountain scenery a little closer, a visit to Grindelwald-First is worthwhile.
If you prefer something more active, then you can go on a journey of discovery by scooter bike. A little more thrill awaits you on the "Tissot First Cliff Walk" dare. This walkway juts out 45 m into the void. Take the cable car to Grindelwald-First, also known as "Top of Adventure".
In the afternoon, take the train from Grindelwald to Interlaken on your own. The shopping paradise between Lake Brienz and Lake Thun invites you to a leisurely shopping spree. In addition to many international brands, regional products and souvenirs are also offered here.
If you would like to discover a little more nature, then a trip up to Interlaken's local mountain Harder Kulm is worthwhile. At the end you can finish your discovery tour in summer with a relaxing boat trip on Lake Brienz. In winter it is worth doing a few laps on the ICEMAGIC skating rink.
The coach will take you back to Zurich from Interlaken in the late afternoon.
